Windshield rock chip repair bulls eye break
Yesterday while driving from Roseville to Folsom for a windshield rock chip repair I thought I’d stop by Northridge Music and try a guitar or two. Well they were not open yet and I had time and business cards with me so I walked to a near by business just to see if I could leave a few cards on their counter.
The fellow who walked up to me to see if he could help me was more than happy to let me leave a stack on a display case near the cash register. I thanked him and he asked if I could look at his truck, he had a rock chip in his windshield.
We walked out to the back of the building and in the shade of a big leaf tree was his truck. A bulls eyes windshield rock chip the size of a quarter. I told him I could repair it on the spot and offered my guarantee. If you do not like my work you do not pay and I told him I better do the kind of work to back up that guarantee. He liked that and said that is how he is in his profession. Quality work all the time.
. I said “hey while I am here I’d really like to repair this for you and your insurance company will reimburse you for the repair and you will have your money back in about 7-10 days. He said go ahead and I have to say I love what I do. I was happy to get a chance to practice my trade, to repair a windshield rock chip repair while I was in Citrus Heights on my way to Folsom. I uploaded a couple pics from my phone, a before and an after to my account here on Merchant Circle so you can see what it looked like to start and how good it looked afterwards.
I did go and play some nice sounding guitars at Northridge music, helped a brand new customer while I was waiting and made it to Folsom when I needed to be there.
I think I have the best profession, well for me I do. I get to travel around town, see new sights every day, fulfill on my passion to provide world class customer service and when I have a few extra minutes help someone out with a windshield rock chip repair I was not planing on but kinda bumped in to. And yes I even get to play some really nice guitars while I am at it from time to time.
